Terms of Service
By accessing learntoprompt.in or registering for the Learn to Prompt live workshop (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What you are buying
Learn to Prompt sells one product: a live 2-hour online workshop, priced at ₹99, where attendees build 3 real Claude workflows on screen. Each ticket includes:
- A seat at the live session you registered for, delivered over Zoom.
- The workshop replay, session notes and prompt templates, sent to registered attendees afterward.
- The Starter Pack of 20 pre-built workflows (Claude Projects), delivered during the workshop.
- The setup guides for Claude and 30 days of access to the Learn to Prompt private community.
The session date and time are shown on the site and on your payment receipt.
2. Access and licence
When you buy a ticket you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to attend the live session you paid for, watch the replay, and use the Starter Pack workflows in your own work and inside your employer's AI accounts. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the workshop replay, written material, guides, or workflows.
3. Pricing and payment
The ticket price is ₹99, in Indian Rupees (INR), as shown on the site at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
4. Refunds
The workshop carries an outcome guarantee: if you attend and don't leave with a working Claude Project, you get a same-day refund and a free seat at the next workshop. The full mechanics are on our refund policy page.
5. Workshop attendance
The workshop is truly live, one session per week. A replay is provided to registered attendees afterward, but the live build is the point. If you miss your scheduled session, email us within 24 hours and we'll move you to the next session free of charge.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) share your workshop link or access with anyone else, (b) scrape or copy workshop material for resale, (c) post the Starter Pack workflows publicly in a way that lets third parties access them without buying a ticket, (d) use the community to spam, harass, or recruit, (e) use the workshop content to claim authorship of work you did not do.
7. AI tools used in the workshop
The workshop teaches workflows for third-party AI tools (Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini by Google, and others). Learn to Prompt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Tool features and pricing can change at any time outside our control.
8. No professional advice
The workshop is educational. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or career advice. You're responsible for the work you produce with the AI workflows you build.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn to Prompt's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for your workshop ticket.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to registered attendees and posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct conversation will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
