Terms of Service
By accessing learntoprompt.in, registering for the Learn to Prompt workshop, booking a strategy call, or purchasing any associated program (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The product ladder
Learn to Prompt is sold as a ladder of related products:
- A live 2-hour workshop where attendees build 3 real Claude workflows on screen, sold as a paid ticket. Each ticket includes the Starter Pack of 20 pre-built Projects, delivered during the workshop.
- A paid 1:1 strategy call available to people who want a tailored Project map for their role.
- Self-paced course and higher-tier programs for people who want to go deeper, with private community access and (in the higher tier) done-with-you elements.
The current prices and product details for each tier are shown on the corresponding page of the site.
2. Access and license
When you purchase any product you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to attend the live session you paid for and to use the Starter Pack Projects in your own work and inside your employer's AI accounts. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the workshop replay, written material, or Projects.
3. Pricing and payment
The current price for each product is shown on the site, in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.
4. Refunds
Each product has its own refund mechanic, set out in full on our refund policy page. In every case, the standard is the same: if you don't feel you got genuine value for what you paid, you get your money back.
5. Workshop attendance
The workshop is truly live, one session per week. A replay is provided to registered attendees afterward, but the live build is the point. If you miss your scheduled session, email us within 24 hours and we'll move you to the next session free of charge.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) share your access with anyone else, (b) scrape or copy program material for resale, (c) post the Projects publicly in a way that lets third parties access them without buying the corresponding product, (d) use the community to spam, harass, or recruit, (e) use the program content to claim authorship of work you did not do.
7. AI tools used in the program
The program teaches workflows for third-party AI tools (Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini by Google, and others). Learn to Prompt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Tool features and pricing can change at any time outside our control.
8. No professional advice
The program is educational. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or career advice. You're responsible for the work you produce with the AI workflows you build.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn to Prompt's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active customers and posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct conversation will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
