Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Learn to Prompt ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit learntoprompt.in or register for our ₹99 live workshop. We try to keep this short and honest.
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the workshop, its replay, the Starter Pack and the community:
- Name, email and phone number. When you register for the workshop at checkout, or contact support.
- Quiz answers. The responses you give in the optional pre-workshop quiz, used to personalise your result page.
- Payment details. Collected and processed by Razorpay at checkout. We receive a payment ID and payment status, not your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage and campaign data. Pages visited, links clicked, device type, and the ad or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM tags and ad click IDs). Collected via the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
- Workshop participation. Attendance status for the live session.
2. How we use information
- To send the receipt, joining link, community link, and pre-workshop reminders for the session you registered for.
- To deliver the replay, the Starter Pack of 20 workflows and the guides.
- To process refunds under the refund policy.
- To improve the site and the workshop, and to measure which of our ads lead to registrations.
- To meet legal obligations (tax records, accounting).
3. Tools we use and who we share with
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers we use to run the workshop:
- Razorpay: payment processing.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity: site analytics (page views, clicks and session recordings).
- Meta Pixel and Google Ads: advertising measurement, so we know which ads lead to registrations.
- Google Sheets: our registration records.
- WhatsApp and email: workshop confirmations and reminders.
- Zoom: delivery of the live session.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and tracking pixels (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and Google Ads) for analytics and advertising attribution. You can disable cookies or block these tools in your browser; checkout still works if you do.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@learntoprompt.in with the subject line "Data request" and we'll respond within 30 days. You can opt out of WhatsApp or email reminders at any time by replying "STOP" or using the unsubscribe link.
6. Data retention
Registration and payment records: 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Reminder lists: until you opt out. Analytics: aggregated data retained per each provider's standard retention period.
7. International transfers
Learn to Prompt is operated from India. Some of our service providers may store data in the United States and the European Union. By using the site you consent to this transfer.
8. Children
The workshop is built for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
